I started my first work experience with my father in his shops at Ordinga Beach and Berri and trained the fundamentals of running a food takeaway franche and givenvarious duties to carry out and established a great bond together. From there my father purchased his first Shopping Centre and it was then I knew my journey began in Hospitality and Retail following in his foot steps to my itst official job at Pizza Hut at the age of 15 where I learned my first franchise in service and preparatoon.

At the age of 18 I became a Director as one my official roles in the Makris Group of Companies in my Father’s Business & Family Trust. And in 1991 the same year I was chosen from 10,000 applicants to work in the brandnew opening of the famoud Myer on Rundle  Mall Shopping Centre in Adelaide for the next 7 years long Service in Retsil SaLes and Merchandising running various concept areas under contract.

from there I went overseas to break away and  the Global Retail & Franchise Marlet  Place in Europe and expand my knowledge base of the a World of Shopping Centres.

wheb I returned to Australia, I dedicated focus  at the Prestigious Hotel Swiss School in Adelayed and gain qualification in International Hotel Management. I was given a wide range of opportunities working for big Hoteliers names as The Radisson Adelaide andThe Mirvac Group at the exclusive Quay West Sydney to being recognised in the Sydney Arena.

In 2000, I returned to Adelaide and felt it was time to change game plan and take on my next new official role in Administration Front Desk at Makris Group of Companies once again whilst guided completed 5 extraordinary programs with Landmatk Education Sydney in Communication and Leadership. 

There i assisted my Father from the ground up and generate a whole new team and build a stronger alliance and understanding of the Famimy Business and fully follow in his footsteps.

I began a new chapter and journey to challenge myself and strive for success as a female to become the best at what I do in various tittles from Admin, assisting my Father, General Manager and CEO and promoted to Property Assistant. 

Whilst Enduring intensive duties I studied at night constantly to fast track my career and broadened my qualifications and abilities which led me to my next big role in 2006 as the official Property Executive. 

I has vast opportunities to assist through various Shopping Centre Property Developments as Northgate SC, City Cross SC, Bonnyrigg SC, Hallet Cove SC plus Aldi Extention, North Adelaide Village SC, Newton Village SC and Gilles Plains SC with various Project Management Teams, Builders, Architects and Consultants. 

All this experience would adapt and build my abilities further for future projects at Marina Mirage and Marina Pier. And also given me a large network base within the Property and Building Industries and Government Relations. With particular being a Delegate to Property Council Australia and Internation Council of Shopping Centres which I am proud and honoured paramount.

Now incorporated all my work expertises and qualifications as a Entrepreneur creating my new project My Dome Shopping Centre Online since 2011, when I decided to build my Business Vision Concept Venture idea underway for the future   whilst being a strong force as a woman in leadership by my Father’s side within the Family Busines indeed. 

I thank my parents for all their support throughout the years for helping and supporting me to strive further and become the Next Generation of Creative Developers and Visionary to make them proud and being the best of the best.

I endeavour to attain the highest level of standard in all areas of my life. To gather and develop new skills that allows me to challenge my own abilities further by collating all of my training and qualifications through all work opportunities and possibilities in business operations.

To build myself up to effectivly  be efficient, productive and successfull with all industries I work for. And incorporating all to a multi skilled level and being unique, team spirited and leading the way in supporting the future economy and growth of Australia.

By focusing on building a strong influential buisiness organisation that can create an even greater transformation within the changes necessary for future generations. I am committed to take on and develop further as a great successful executive business woman and entrepreneur.
